Four Path of Yoga
In Guru Yog Peeth all beautifully unique individuals, yet we
all share a commonality in the sense that we live in our body and minds which
are governed by our emotions and energy.
As distinctive souls, we all operate at different levels which is why
there are Four Margas, four paths of Yoga. It is these four paths which
represent each aspect of our lives (body, mind, emotion, and energy) and it is
through living that we will invoke at least one aspect, if not more on whatever
path we choose to take in life.
There Are many paths for you to follow on your inward journey
one for every type personality.

Asthana
Yoga:-
Asthana
yoga compared to the head of the bird.
They provide the disciplines guidance, organization, and vision that are
necessary for flight, and these are shared in common among all the paths of
yoga. The other tree paths which are associated with the wings and tail of the
bird.

Karma
Yoga:-
Karma
Yoga consist of performing actions without expectation attachment.
Karma yoga
is especially suited for those who are action oriented; it bring a sense of
inner balance in the midst of activity.
The
paths to spiritual liberation in Hinduism, karma yoga is the path of unselfish action. It
teaches that a spiritual seeker should act according
to dharma, without being attached to the fruits or personal consequences. Karma
Yoga, states the Bhagavad Gita, purifies the mind.It leads one to consider dharma of work, and the work according to one's dharma, doing god's work and in that sense becoming and being "like unto god Krishna" in every moment of one's life.

Bhakti
yoga:-
The bird’s
other wing is the path of Bhakti yoga. Musicians, artists, poets, and those
whose joy lies in the refinement of sentiment often find themselves attracted
to this path.
The path of
Bhakti is characterized not only by love, but by faith and surrender as well.
While yoga is not a religion, it does not ignore the fact that human hearts
need an object of affection just as human minds need an object of concentration.
The goes of yoga are worthy of reverence and devotion, and such devotion,
itself, can lead to self-realization.
That
is message here . it is expressed in many verses in the Gita.

Jnana
Yoga:-
The path of
jnana Yoga is about more than mere intellect, however. Through this path we
develop the ability to see our mind and personality dispassionatel, witnessing
passions and distractions yet remaining above them. Regarding one who practices
Jnana.
